A day in the life of a reindeer

We are learning to write in first  person.

One day I woke up and saw hunters chasing my reindeer friends and that made me scared ,so I ran away.  I was scared because sometimes we can be captured for pets and sometimes hunters kill us for our antlers. My antlers can grow up to 3 feet tall and I am very proud of them. I do shed my antlers but they grow back just as beautiful. I can also ran up to 50 miles per hour, so sometimes I can run faster than the hunters. I get very hungry when I have been running around I can eat up to 12 pounds of food a day. At the end of the day when I have eaten all my food I like to find a nice safe place to go to sleep.
