Healthy food and Occasional food

W.A.L.T: Read labels on food packets.

 My group and I went in Quinn D mums car and she gave us a mint!

When we got to the supermarket  we listened to the instructions from Brittany, who works at the supermarket. After that we went inside the shop and looked at the food labels to see the amounts of sugar, fat, energy, sodium and fibre per 100g. 

Do you know what foods are healthy to eat?

At the end of our trip, Brittany gave us a voucher for a shared lunch.
