How to make an anzac poppy

what you need

Red reusable bag
scissors
glue stick
nail
stick or piece of wood

instructions

1: Cut the reusable bag in half and cut a big circle from one side and a smaller circle on the other half

2:cut the black bit into a small circle

3: glue the smaller circle into the bigger one and then glue the black circle in to the middle

4: put the wood or stick on the back of your flower and place a nail on the front side in the middle of your black circle and nail it in place

5: put your flower in your garden to display

My Birthday in lock down

My birthday was last Friday on April the tenth. I got lots of presents and had the best day. Mum made it extra special, when i woke up the lounge and table were decorated in streamers and balloons. For breakfast we made pancakes they were delicious. After breakfast we played with all of my new toys, my favourite was my our generation food truck. Then we went for a bike ride around our neighbourhood and looked for the teddy bears in the windows. I went to my dads house to see him and he gave me chocolate, money and a can of coke. When i got home i video called my cousins and some school friends and my grandma and uncle rang me. At dinner time we had homemade mcdonalds and mum made me a strawberry and vanilla cake, it had a chocolate pink flower on top with a little fairy inside of the flower and a dragon guarding it. Then we watched charlie and the chocolate factory and had popcorn, fizzy and lollies. Then i went to bed it was a very fun day.
